FALL 2026 FULL SEASON OR '26-'27 FULL YEAR COMMITMENTS

**THIS IS A YEAR-LONG POSITION AND WILL SATISFY YOUR VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT FOR THE ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR (including Center Stage)** Committee members will help to ensure the organization’s financial health by reviewing budgets, reports, and records for accuracy and transparency. Assist with audits, and help confirm that funds are managed with integrity and accountability. Committee will work together to decide how often to meet- typically at the end of each show when treasurer closes the books. Would prefer experience in accounting, auditing, or a similar field.

**THIS IS A YEAR-LONG POSITION AND WILL SATISFY YOUR VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT FOR THE ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR (including Center Stage)** The fundraising committee members support the Fundraising Director by brainstorming creative fundraising ideas and helping identify opportunities to generate revenue for the program. Their role is key in ensuring the success of our fundraising efforts. This committee will stay in communication with the Sponsorship Committee and the Hospitality Committee

**THIS IS A YEAR-LONG POSITION AND WILL SATISFY YOUR VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT FOR THE ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR (including Center Stage)** Get access to a list of businesses that have sponsored Maple Grove Musical Theatre in the past, and contact those businesses to ask if they would like to sponsor us again. Also assist with outreach to businesses, organizations, and community partners to secure donations and sponsorships as well as Playbill ads. This committee works closely with the hospitality committee to ensure that we aren't contacting the same businesses multiple times, and are keeping records of who we have already contacted. This committee will also communicate closely with the fundraising committee.

**THIS IS A YEAR-LONG POSITION AND WILL SATISFY YOUR VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT FOR THE ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR.** On this committee, you will work with the Hospitality Board Member to help contact local restaurants and coordinate meals for various events like Hell-O weekend, retreats, and the Booster-sponsored final cast party. Committee members will communicate closely with the Fundraising and Sponsorship Committee members to ensure we aren't duplicating efforts.

*THIS WILL FULFILL YOUR VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT FOR THE FULL YEAR* Coordinate and design student bio boards in line with the theme of the show. Bio boards will be hung outside the auditorium during shows.

*THIS WILL FULFILL YOUR VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT FOR THE FALL SEASON* Work with Concessions Director to purchase and coordinate concessions to be sold for each performance. Train volunteers and set up and take down on show nights.

*THIS WILL FULFILL YOUR VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT FOR THE FALL SEASON* Work with Merch Director to purchase and coordinate merchandise to be sold for each performance. Train volunteers and set up and take down on show nights. Ensure merch is prepared and ready to be sold on show nights. Pick up t-shirts from vendor in Coon Rapids.
