Crazy For You

**THIS IS A YEAR-LONG POSITION AND WILL SATISFY YOUR VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT FOR THE ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR.** Committee members will help to ensure the organization’s financial health by reviewing budgets, reports, and records for accuracy and transparency. Assist with audits, and help confirm that funds are managed with integrity and accountability. Would prefer experience in accounting, auditing, or a similar field.

**THIS IS A YEAR-LONG POSITION AND WILL SATISFY YOUR VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT FOR THE ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR.** The fundraising committee members support the Fundraising Lead by brainstorming creative fundraising ideas and helping identify opportunities to generate revenue for the program. Their role is key in ensuring the success of our fundraising efforts. This committee will stay in communication with the Sponsorship Committee and the Hospitality Committee

**THIS IS A YEAR-LONG POSITION AND WILL SATISFY YOUR VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT FOR THE ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR.** Get access to a list of businesses that have sponsored Maple Grove Musical Theatre in the past, and contact those businesses to ask if they would like to sponsor us again. Also assist with outreach to businesses, organizations, and community partners to secure donations and sponsorships as well as Playbill ads. This committee works closely with the hospitality committee to ensure that we aren't contacting the same businesses multiple times, and are keeping records of who we have already contacted. This committee will aso communicate closely with the fundraising committee.

**THIS IS A YEAR-LONG POSITION AND WILL SATISFY YOUR VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT FOR THE ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR.** On this committee, you will work with the Hospitality Board Member to help contact local restaurants and coordinate meals for various events like Hell-O weekend, retreats, and the Booster-sponsored final cast party. Committee members will communicate closely with the Fundraising and Sponsorship Committee members to ensure we aren't duplicating efforts.

*THIS WILL FULFILL YOUR VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT FOR THE FALL SEASON* Work with the Booster President to coordinate games, activities, and volunteers for our carnival-style trick-or-treat event, ensuring a fun and festive experience for the community. Committee members will serve as the volunteer point of contact on the day of the event.

*THIS WILL FULFILL YOUR VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT FOR THE FALL SEASON* Coordinate the distribution of Crazy For You show posters to schools in the district and local businesses. Keep track of businesses who agreed to display posters for future reference. Information from past shows is available as well as map for dividing the community.

*THIS WILL FULFILL YOUR VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT FOR THE FALL SEASON* Coordinate and design student bio boards in line with the Addams Family theme. Bio boards will be hung outside the auditorium during shows.

*THIS WILL FULFILL YOUR VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT FOR THE FALL SEASON* Work with Concessions Director to purchase and coordinate concessions to be sold for each performance. Train volunteers and set up and take down on show nights.

*THIS WILL FULFILL YOUR VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT FOR THE FALL SEASON* Work with Merch Director to purchase and coordinate merchandise to be sold for each performance. Train volunteers and set up and take down on show nights. Ensure merch is prepared and ready to be sold on show nights. Pick up t-shirts from vendor in Coon Rapids.

*3.5 hours Per Show* Point-person for each performance night, coordinate volunteers, collect and help count concessions and merch proceeds. Oversee intermission and clean up after intermission and after show. Act as a floater to fill in where needed

*1 hour per show* Sell tickets before the show using Ticket Leap website.

*3 Hours Per Show* Sell concessions before the show and during intermission. Help set up and clean up before the show.

Help show-goers find their seats and help to differentiate between "right, left, center, front, mid, back. Maps provided. *1 hour per shift

*1 Hour Per Show* Scan tickets with Ticket Leap app installed on your own device.

*3 Hours Per Shift* Sell MGMT merchandise before the show and during intermission. Help with set up before the show and clean up after intermission.

*3 Hours* Help with set up and supervision for cast party after show. Help clean up, put away food by 12:00 am.

*4 Hours* Bring tools to help with set strike or assist with costume organization and clean up on Sunday, November 16th at 2:00pm **Please be aware that the date and/or time may change! Only choose this opportunity if you have flexibility.

**THIS WILL FULFILL YOUR REQUIRED VOLUNTEER HOURS FOR THE FALL SEASON** Assist with wardrobe needs, communication, work with wardrobe director. **SEWING ABILITY REQUIRED

*3 Hours* Pick up dirty laundry/costumes from high school, wash, and return to the school
